Our Big Announcement
We are so excited to announce that Gina Guillaume, MD, will be joining North by Northeast Community Health Center as our new Medical Director in November 2021. Dr. Jill will be stepping aside as Medical Director but staying on to support Dr. Guillaume during the transition as well as in whatever way is helpful going forward. Taking Barbershop Health National…and Virtual
In October we held our first of three virtual convenings with folks doing barbershop health work all over the country. We were joined by 27 barbers, barbershop owners and program coordinators from Baltimore, Philadelphia, Denver, Oakland, Jackson, Nashville, Los Angeles and the Bay Area.
