The 6-week evidence-based program develped by Stanford University is for adults living with one or more chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, HIV/AIDS, high blood pressure, depression, heart disease or chronic pain. A couple of weeks ago we welcomed Anand Parikshak, a recent graduate of Reed College, as our first Garden Intern! Seeing what he's already brought to the garden, we're not sure why we waited so long to find someone as passionate and skilled as he is, but we're glad we did since it meant Anand joining our team!
